Your 60-minute on-line appointment gives us the opportunity to take a deep dive into your health history, signs and symptoms so we can get to the root cause of your symptoms.

After a review your health history, current pathology, and lifestyle in full - and leave you with a clear, personalised treatment plan.

The Follow-up Reviews

Follow-ups are where your progress happens. Complex health concerns are usually worked through in layers, so we check in regularly to see what’s working and adjust your plan as your body responds. Regular appointments also keep you supported and accountable between sessions.

There are two lengths, because not every follow-up needs the same amount of time.

Feeling tired, foggy or “off”, even though your tests came back normal?

The Metabolic Reset takes a closer look at how you’re functioning day to day, alongside the care you already receive from your GP.

How it works

  • Weeks 1-2: see your patterns. You’ll wear a continuous glucose monitor for two weeks to see how your body responds to food, sleep and stress. I’m available by text during this time to answer questions and look at your trends with you.
  • After week 1: your plan. Once I’ve reviewed your first week of data, I’ll create a personalised plan to support your energy, sleep and wellbeing.
  • Weeks 3-12: refine and progress. Follow-up appointments let us track how you’re feeling, and I’ll adjust your herbal and nutritional plan as we go.

Who it’s for: adults experiencing brain fog, low energy and the changes that can come with hormonal transitions.

Individual results vary. Naturopathic care supports, and doesn’t replace, medical care. This program isn’t a diagnostic service and isn’t suitable if you have diabetes or take glucose-lowering medication [confirm your criteria]. Gut Health Program | Comprehensive Microbiome Test + 1 Initial & 2 Follow-up Consultations

Bloating, digestive discomfort or low energy that haven’t settled, even after trying different approaches?

This program combines the Microba Explorer (Comprehensive) stool test with an Initial Consultation and two follow-ups. The test gives a snapshot of the bacteria living in your gut, and together we use it to build a personalised nutrition and lifestyle plan to support your digestive comfort and everyday wellbeing.

How it works

  1. Book and complete your secure intake form
  2. Collect your sample at home and return it to Microba in the prepaid envelope
  3. Attend your Initial Consultation by video, about 5 weeks after booking, once your results are ready
  4. Check in at your two follow-ups

Optional Extras

Pathology Interpretation 

If you've recently had blood work or functional testing, book a follow up appointment and then book this pathology interpretation as an option extra (after your appointment). This is not a stand-alone service.

Once your results are submitted, I’ll review them from a functional perspective (how your body is working and not just whether a number falls inside the standard reference range).

This can reveal patterns that are easily missed when results are labelled “normal.”

I prepare this before your appointment. During your consultation you’ll receive a clear explanation of your results, what they mean for your symptoms, and how they shape your plan.

If your results don’t give the full picture, I’ll recommend further testing so your plan is based on the information it needs. Any additional testing is always your choice and will be explained before you decide. If you’d prefer, I can also arrange private testing. The cost of any additional tests is separate from this fee.

  • Please email your results at least 48 hours before your appointment. If they arrive later, the review may need to be rescheduled.
  • Already included in your Initial Consultation when results are sent beforehand.

Integrative Referral

If you have attended an initial consultation and your symptoms or treatment plan have since changed following advice from your GP or another healthcare practitioner, you can book this optional service after booking your follow-up appointment.

An integrative referral letter helps keep your healthcare team informed about your naturopathic care and supports communication between your treating practitioners.

Your integrative referral letter may include:

  • A summary of your relevant health history, symptoms and case notes
  • Relevant test results and the outcome of your supplement and medication review
  • Your current health goals and naturopathic treatment approach
  • An outline of supplements and other products recommended
  • Requests for further testing or investigations, where appropriate

The aim is to support collaborative care alongside your existing healthcare team, not to replace it. Your GP or other healthcare practitioner will determine whether and how to incorporate the information into your care.

Microbiome Test Only

If you're experiencing ongoing bloating, abdominal discomfort, constipation, diarrhoea or other persistent digestive issues, the Microba Comprehensive Gut Microbiome Test can provide a broader picture of your gut microbial community and selected markers of digestive health.

This is an optional testing service for clients who would like access to the Microba test kit and their laboratory report without committing to a full consultation or treatment program.

The test uses advanced DNA sequencing to assess your gut microbiome, alongside selected markers of digestive function, intestinal inflammation and gastrointestinal pathogens. It provides broader microbial insights than standard targeted stool PCR testing, which primarily looks for specific infectious organisms.

What’s included:

  • Your Microba Comprehensive test kit.

  • Laboratory analysis of your stool sample.

  • Your completed Microba results report.

Please note: This service does not include a consultation, personalised interpretation of your results in the context of your symptoms, or a treatment plan. Your report provides information about your gut microbiome, but understanding what the findings mean for your individual health requires clinical assessment.

If you'd like me to explain your results alongside your symptoms, develop a personalised treatment plan and monitor your progress over time, my Gut Health Program is the better option. This allows us to take a more comprehensive approach, using your results alongside your health history, dietary patterns and symptoms to guide your care.

If your results indicate that further investigation may be appropriate, this can also be discussed as part of a consultation.
